Gopika is busy reviving her career in Malayalam but she hasn't exactly lost her desire to be a leading actress in Tamil too.
Unfortunately, there are two things that work against her when it comes to working in Kollywood- her refusal to do glamorous roles and the fact that she prefers to stay in Kerala. Once in a while Gopika makes an exception to the no-glamour rule. But her refusal to stay in Chennai is costing her lot of new film offers.
She used to insist that directors schedule her shootings only when she is in Chennai.
But now she has decided to relax those conditions. She is looking for a house to lease/buy in Chennai so she could concentrate in both Malayalam and Tamil.
